He has completed his BBA, LL.B. and LL.M., and is currently pursuing Ph.D., reflecting his continued engagement with legal research and scholarship.
He served as a Visiting Faculty for 1.5 years at Abeda Inamdar Senior College, Pune, in the Department of Commerce, where he taught subjects relating to Commercial Laws, blending theoretical concepts with practical legal insights.
In addition to his academic role, Mr. Shaikh has four years of active legal practice in Pune courts, handling matters relating to criminal law, civil disputes, and family law.
