To begin, I would like to extend a warm welcome on behalf of Vilasrao Deshmukh Law College to all of you. We are about to embark on a journey, a three-year association, down a less-travelled path. We take joy in sharing our sincere desire with you, which is to design our own path to perfection. We are not intrigued in following the masses or conventions. We’d rather break the mould and go our own way! We don’t believe in benchmarks; we believe in setting our own. Today, I welcome you to join us on our journey.

Vilasrao Deshmukh Law College established in the year 2023 is an institution to uphold the ideals of Late Shri Vilasrao Deshmukh, our Former Chief Minister, in the youth of today. Shri Deshmukh Saheb being a lawyer himself always upheld the principles of law, justice and access to justice to all the citizens of the State. On the same basis, the college is established to create a rational, making aware socially inclined citizens for the country on the foundation of law. The college is equipped with state of art infrastructure, latest library technology, updated pedagogical methods for teaching and a strong teacher-student mentoring system.
At our college, we firmly believe in nurturing the seeds of justice, knowledge, and integrity that lie within each of you. We are dedicated to providing you with an inclusive and stimulating learning environment that encourages critical thinking, ethical reasoning, and a deep understanding of the law.
